iPhone 15 PRO MAX and 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee Carplay Issues

My wireless CarPlay constantly disconnects when I am on a phone call. I have an iPhone 15 PRO MAX with iOS 18.6.2. I am not sure why this is happening but it has been happening since November 2024.

I have tried to disconnect and reconnect both my car settings and iPhone settings for CarPlay. I have also reset both devices while both a deleted from each other. I have tried a wired connection and replaced cable. My Apple Watch is also on iOS 11.6.2 but I am not sure if this any issue. I remember seeing a version of iOS 18 come out that was supposed to fix the carplay issue but it has not. I drive a 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee and it has never gotten an update and it has the latest version of software as I am constantly checking Uconnects website for new software updates.
