well you do not say where these files came from...internal, external(?)

you can try from a SafeBoot Start up your Mac in safe mode - Apple Support

you can try plugging any associated external drive back in.

This usually happens when the file in Trash is orphaned or tied to an external drive you no longer have mounted. If it’s not showing in Finder, boot into Safe Mode and empty the Trash there, that clears a lot of stubborn items.

If the file came from an external disk, plug that drive back in and try again.

Worst case, run sudo rm -rf ~/.Trash/* in Terminal, but only if you’re comfortable with commands and absolutely sure you’re targeting the Trash folder.

Files that are part of MacOS, or files on your backups, can not be deleted, by design.

Without additional information from you, we are just guessing. Please supply the names of those stubborn files, and whatever information you can supply about them.
