I found something running in my control panel, extensions that says'Item from unidentified developer.'

Does anyone know what this is or if it could be something dangerous? There is a small circle with a magnifying glass in it on the right of the screen across from it. I have never had a problem with my Mac Mini until 8/16/25. When I opened google chrome it just kept spinning, never opening I deleted google chrome and reinstalled it, but the same. so I started to look around and found this: kextload and underneath it says ITEM FROM UNIDENTIFIED DEVELOPER. This has me worried because when I clicked on the circle with magnifying glass it opened a file called SBIN with at least 100 different files. There was a file called kextload again, so I tried to open it - this is what it contained. Can anyone help? Thank you!

Post the free report from EtreCheck using the Additional Text option when posting. The report contains no personal information.

sbin is a directory on your Mac and kextload is the command to add Kernel Extensions. The EtreCheck report will identify the Kernel Extension. The sbin folder will contain hundreds of files as they are part of Mac OS with any default installation.
