What are you trying to accomplish?
The iTunes application is not compatible with macOS 10.15 (Catalina) and above. In Catalina, Apple replaced the iTunes application with several other applications (Music, TV, Podcasts, Books), and with manual synchronization and management of iPhones, iPads, and iPods using the Finder.
No Apple Silicon Mac can run any version of macOS earlier than Big Sur.
Q.E.D., no Apple Silicon Mac is compatible with iTunes. Use the separate applications and the Finder instead.
As for the iTunes Store, you now access that via a sidebar item in the window for the Music application. You might need to go into Music > Settings and tell Music to display the iTunes Store to get it to show the item.
Catalina and above split the functions of iTunes up; use the new applications or the Finder instead.
