- Is this payment option available in the web version of the Apple Online Store, or only in the Apple Store app?
- When using the “Get ready for pre-order” (pre-pre-order) setup, is it possible to save Apple Store Gift Card as the default payment method, so that the order can be completed automatically at the moment pre-orders begin?
