Transparent window preview when minimizing Chrome on my MacBook Pro

Do other people also have this issue? When I minimize a window, in this example my Chrome window, after a little bit the window turns transparent and the preview is gone.

This occurs on both this Mac and my old Mac laptop as well. I have not been able to figure out a solution to stop the issue. Thanks!

Why are those windows to the right of the | divide(?) That in itself seems odd for "minimize" or "tabs"

That would seem a Chrome issue—if in doubt search the developers website or contact their: Support/Help/FAQ/Known issues/compatibility/updates…

ref: Google Chrome Help

You can Drag those off the Dock... simply click and hold and drag off all in one motion.

Never seen the issue on Mac.

When I minimize any window, it always goes to the right side. Also this is not just a Chrome issue, this happens with any application's window, in the picture I attached, it's with the Photos application window.
So it must be a Mac issue.

That looks like the exact same screenshot you posted above(?)

Lets see your other example of "Photos application"...
