Recovering photos and contacts from old iCloud account after phone damage

My phone fell over the roof of my car and it got ran over . Cant remember any of my emails or passwords and changed my phone since then . I did get a new iclouds account I needed it for work. But, I have hundreds of photos and all my contacts are in that old account.
