Not getting all texts on my new Mini iPad that are on my iPhone

I'm not getting all texts delivered to my new Mini iPad. There are a few texts that were received by my iPhone that do not show up on this new Mini iPad. I've input the forwarding of texts from my iPhone and also iCloud. I'm receiving 5 of the texts; however, 3 of them are showing dates that are 05/31/25 and 07/15/25. Is this a date issue as to why I'm not receiving them? Thanks
