Unable to purchase an Apple Gift Card online

I bought one last week and it worked. This week I cannot buy one even if I send it to myself.

I get an error that it can't be charged and yet, my card is good, the bank says it's Apple's fault.

One finally went through, but then APPLE REVERSED THE CHARGE!!! I did not allow them to do that!

So now Apple is blaming my bank when it was THEM.

I called 4 times and no one could help me fix this.

I do not want to have to drive to the store to buy a card.

PLEASE HELP!!!

No one in these forums can help you. We are not Apple employees or Apple contractors, just fellow users without any access to your account or data.

Your only option is to continue contact with Apple support and your bank.

I KNOW THAT.. I have talked to Apple 6 times and they refuse to acknowledge they are the ones blocking my purchases and I wondered if anyone else had this issue?

In one case, the purchase was made and my card was charged but then APPLE instructed the bank to reverse the purchase WITHOUT MY PERMISSION.

BTW, this is the first time I've ever tried to buy a gift card online. The first one was delivered to the email with no problem, but the other ones as I told you, were either rejected or, they told the bank to reverse the charge!

I tried to do it via Amazon and the email was blocked from receiving it on the recipient's end.

Unless you are exceedingly lucky and somebody happens by who had that issue and had more luck with Apple than you are having (very unlikely) then I suspect that question isn't really going to result in anything. You would be better off actively searching the forums to see if anybody else has, if you really want to know. Given the nature of your issue, you're likely to find the responses to it are similar.
