On Apple silicon Macs, you hold the power button until you see “Loading startup options,” then select Options to enter macOS Recovery.
That’ll boot you into Internet Recovery, which loads the latest macOS Recovery tools directly from Apple’s servers.
From there, you can reinstall macOS, run Disk Utility, restore from Time Machine, or use Terminal.
Turn the mac OFF and than while startup do not release the button and continue to hold it to see Loading startup options and than you will see Macintosh HD (or your main disk how you name it) and recovery and than click at recovery and it should show up and than maybe you need to enter your password and than you get in
