I brought Apple Watch from Apple Store but can't pair it

After recharging my watch for a while, I was required to provide the password, but I forgot. I have reset the Watch, but it prompts an activation lock of an ID that is not mine. I activated it and set up it in the store, I don't know why the ID is not mine. I have the receipt of purchase and the previous info stored in Watch App as well.
