Since we don’t always know the exact time we go to sleep, it would be helpful if Apple Watch had an option to automatically mute calls and notifications during detected sleep, even without setting Focus or Sleep Schedule.
Just like the Apple Watch already tracks sleep automatically, it should also have a feature (that users can enable if they want) to silence calls and messages whenever sleep is detected automatically.
