Macbook air m2 white dot on screen

opened my device after few days and suddenly saw these white dots on the lower left corner of the screen. There has been no physical damage and after searching deeply on internet found out its a issue with mac devices. My warranty just finished 1 month ago so will apple cover this for free?. I dont wanna spend 400$ for this issue. Also apple is having some quality issue with these macs nowadays just within 11-12 months of light usage i can find issues with my macbook and customer care is useless. Dont wanna continue with apple laptops anymore if even after paying good price we receive bad quality product.
