RCS messaging not working after iOS 18.6.2 update

RCS messaging will not turn back on since the 18.6.2 update. Is there a fix for this that I just can’t find?

Original Title: ios 18.6.2 and now my rcs messaging is not working. I have tried everything and cannot gwt it to work.
