hai,
help me please, i accidently, some how repair my photo library, and after that my photos and videos are gone (crying). and i dont have a back up.
is there any chance i can get back all my data?

When a Photos library is repaired, the app rebuilds its database. If the originals were still stored on your Mac, they should normally reappear once the repair finishes. If they’re not showing, first check the “Recently Deleted” album in Photos. If iCloud Photos was enabled, sign in to iCloud.com and check the Photos app there to see if your pictures are still stored in the cloud.
If you had “Optimize Mac Storage” turned on, the full-resolution files may have only been in iCloud, so confirming there is important. Without a backup, recovery options are limited, but you can try scanning your Mac with third-party data recovery software to see if any of the original files remain. If nothing turns up, your best option is to contact Apple Support directly for further help.
I think that the MacAir 13" has an SSD, so if someone is willing to sell you "data recovery software" for it, run the other way.
Most people don't do a repair unless they think something is wrong to begin with, so it's hard for us to know what's going on. More than likely the pictures are OK and you just can't find them.
One possibility is that when you are running Photos, you're looking at a different Library than you think. You can see if you have more than one Photos Library close Photos, option click the Photos icon, and open the Library Chooser dialog:
As you can see, I have several Photos Libraries. If you find that you have more than one, use this to choose other ones and see if you find your pictures.
If you can give us more information about what caused this, it will help. There may be other possibilities. Let us know what happens…
