Canceled CoinSnap free trial, but it’s still renewed

So I have the issue that majority of other people seem to have where I had canceled the subscription for CoinSnap, but it’s still auto renewed and is pending in my charges through Apple because I refuse to let this go through. It shows in red that my subscription was canceled but at the same time it shows it’s an active subscription. I have tried to contact Apple themselves. They haven’t informed me that it is not their issue that they have nothing to do with any of it because it’s a third-party that I have no options through them.. I have contacted the coin Snap through their app using the email address and yet still no response. Does anybody else have any options or has found a way to get in touch with these people other than the support address that you can find?

The key piece of information that is missing is if you cancelled the free trial a day before the subscription start date as you agreed to on the Authorization screen where you double clicked the side button, followed by verification with Face ID/Passcode. You will see many people that do not do that and they will be charged, exactly like the message says on the screen. I don't know how it could be more clear unless they added an additional warning popup asking if you were sure that you want to continue with those terms, but I suppose people would just click that one without reading too.

A Pending charge cannot be cancelled and you will likely lose access to the App Store for future downloads/updates until you resolve the problem.

When you cancel a subscription, it remains active until the expiration date, because that is what you were charged for and what you authorized. Subscriptions managed by Apple and Purchase History are available here, and an amount in red has failed to process, but you still owe that amount.
