ITunes Play Counts on PC Not Reflecting Plays on Iphone

I have a PC with my music library showing play counts of songs in my ITunes library. I do not have Apple Music. Until recently, play counts synched to reflect plays of songs on my Iphone (15 Pro) which has been updated to iOS 18.5. It no longer reflects plays of songs on my Iphone. In ITunes/Preferences/Sharing, the "Home Sharing computers and devices update play counts" is checked. I have synched and resynched, restarted the computer and phone, which have not solved the problem. Does anyone have advice?

I don't know why your play counts aren't syncing, but you could potentially use my SyncStats script to import them. If you've not already done so it may help to restart your iPhone. The Home Sharing computers... option isn't relevant here, unless you were using the iPhone to remotely play content from the library on your computer instead of items that are on the device.
