How can I bypass restrictions to reinstall apps that are not found in the App Library?

Hy,

I configured 2 iPhone for family needs : mine (SE), adult, and another one (16e) for a child. Both uses IOS 18.6.2.

I set up the parental control.

It works quite well, If my child want to install an app on his phone, I receive a notification on mine to approve or decline the installation. Good.

Then he request the Instagram app installation and I approve it.

His App Store says the installation is done (button 'open' instead of 'get') but I can't find the icon in the App Library (neither in hidden apps). And I can't start the app with the 'open' button : I get a message about restrictions activated. I disabled restriction but nothing change.

What can I do ? :

  • How to bypass restriction ? even temporarilly, (of course I got any password)
  • How to uninstall this app if I can't find it in the app library ? (to reinstall it)

Thanks Community
