Songs skip playlist and play randomly from library on iPhone

Hi all,

This is so frustrating but I start a song from a playlist and then after that song finishes, the next song is not in the playlist - just randomly from my library.

Im connected to the internet. Has anyone come across this and/or has any ideas of how to fix it
