"Not delievered" error when texts are delievered (not iMessage)

So recently I got a new SIM card. I transferred my number over but there was a temporary number there for a while and I think that is what has caused this issue.

Whenever I message anyone, I get a "Not delievered." error, even though they can see my text. It is an annoying problem tbh. Everyone I have messages has been an android user (green bubble), so I can't imagine it is an iMessage issue. It happens with everyone I have messaged, so the problem is certainly on my end.

I have tried to remove the temporary number from my contacts, disable iMessage, and restart my phone. None of this has helped. I am thankful for any insight.
