change size of inline pictures on iPhone

On iPhone 16e, is there a way to insert an inline picture into an email (a picture that shows up in the body of the email rather than as an attachment) and controlling the how big the the picture will appear to the person I send the email to (the zoom percentage)? What's been happening is it looks like the picture ends up at zoom percentage 100% (actual size) when the person opens the email, so it's enormous and doesn't look like anything because it's zoomed in way too far?
