Getting 4007 error code when trying to sync Apple Music to my iPhone and iPad

Trying to sync Music to my iPhone and iPad. Everything is up to date and I've deleted/reinstalled apps, turned sync off and on, restarted everything with no results. WiFi is strong so what am I missing?
