When i ride my bike with phone cycling ring in fitness app the ring doesn’t move. Last week i cycled at least 20km, but it still remains at 0. I’m using iPhone 11 pro.

Matas2 ~ 79% is not healthy and is almost certainly the reason for that problem. Apple recommends having the battery replaced at around 80% – so have the weak, aging battery replaced and all will (probably) be well:
