Screentime Requests and App Store requests from my son's phone

I used to get all of my sons screentime requests and app store requests and all of a sudden it stopped, I can't figure out a reason. I am down to factory resetting my phone completely and starting fresh, maybe there's a glitch? I chatted with Apple Support, but the girl didn't seem to grasp what I was trying to achieve. Anyone experienced this?
