This appears to every entry I downloaded using Finder (~ 4000 songs)

NOT using Apple Music or any other streaming service.

I have iCloud for photos, but not using it for music afaik

These are only songs ripped from my CDs or a few purchased from Apple Music. All internal to Mac mini.

All versions are current. IOS 18.6.2

Past queries indicates this has happened with many people, but I could not find any solution

Process used:

Connect phone, open finder, select music,

sync music to iPhone is checked

sync entire library is checked

I have also tried selected playlists also but did not help, and can mess up mac playlists

Result is quick. For some playlists every entry is download but then every entry results in the not available message

Repeating the process changes nothing

I previously had most of these songs on my iPhone, but was some messed up playlists. So i deleted the Muisc app, and thus all its data, and then downloaded the app again. But now I cannot download any songs. It only has 1 song I purchased form apple a few months ago
