I receive emails in Mail but they are not addressed to my email address.

I am frequently receiving emails from senders/companies to an email address which is not mine. Attached is the latest one originating seemingly in California.

'My' email addresses on these emails - which are gobbledegook and not mine - arrive in my inbox.

Below, the first shows where it is from, and the second shows where it arrives, ie, in my inbox.

I haven't used paypal in years. When I have received such mails I report/block them. But then others arrive with seemingly no connection to the previous ones. I only use microsoft for Word. I do have a Google account but only for utube and the like. And apart from sites I trust and family, I create Hide my Email.

Please, what can I do?
