No CarPlay Setting in iPhone15 Pro

I recently installed a new stereo system in my car that supports both wired and wireless CarPlay. After probably 2 hours of troubleshooting I cannot connect to it in any manner. I thought it was the new system but then my wife got into the car one day and it automatically connected with no issues; she has the same exact iPhone model and the most current iOS like myself.

The only difference is that when I go into my phone its like the CarPlay setting doesn't even exist. I cannot search for it, look it up, anything. Its not even an option in other sub-settings such as security or privacy etc. Screenshot below. I have no idea what to do short of attempting a full factory reset which always sucks and would like to avoid. Thank you.
