'Command +' not working on my MacBook Air

I'm trying to use Command + ` to switch between windows on Chrome and Microsoft Word, but it's not doing anything. I've tried using command + tab to reset it, but nothing happened. I just updated my computer, but it's still not working. Is there anything else that could be causing this?

re: macOS Sequoia

Check your Keyboard Shortcuts in >System Settings, ensure Stage Manager is off or make changes, and verify that the "Move focus to next window" setting is enabled.

alternatively

you can swipe down for exposė....to see open app windows and move between easy enough.

Well if it changes anything(?) seems easy enough by testing Safari as the default browser and compare your results...
