Apple Health Data Sharing not Working

My partner and I want to share apple Health information with each other. He can see my data perfectly fine because that invite went through and worked just fine, but we did the same steps on his iPhone and I cannot see that invite coming through on mine. We tried re-sending it, logging in and out on both our devices, and we tried sending it as an iMessage link as well. No solution listed on any forum has worked so far. We both have iPhone 12s, he has the mini I have the regular one. We both have the latest IOS versions. We both have each other's iCloud emails in the contacts connected with the phone number, and we also have a Family setup so the contacts are not buggy. I would like a real solution this time other than just bot replies, since I have spent multiple days trying to figure this out.
