The Apple TV app is not responding on my Sony tv but is working on two other tvs and my phone. I have reset the app, deleted the app and reinstalled it and it is still not responding. All other streaming apps are working. I am accessing the streaming services with a Roku stick.

if it was me then I would pull the ac plug on the tv and maybe the wifi router too for 30sec and let them start up again and retry
