How can i zoom in in a certain point without increasing the scale of the video. I tried to use ken burns but the effect is too slow. It must be a rapid zoom in like using keyframes but the scale of the video must be the same.

I fixed the problem now. I used the crop tool and added keyframes to zoom in on the exact spot I wanted, Thanks for the reply!
He might mean a "callout"... but I don't have a version of fcp that has it to recommend how to use it.
