Wrong Hebrew keyboard mapping in iPhone mirroring

1. The keyboard mapping for Hebrew stopped corresponding to Qwerty mapping, and the keyed letters on the Mac keyboard are wrong
2. When switching to English using the globe key, the mirrored iPhone does not swich back to English, regardless of what the pop-up menu shows

This renders the entire iPhone mirroring feature useless for me.

(why is iPhone mirroring important for me? I frequently need to use WhatsApp on my Mac. The WhatsApp web and mac-app works very poorly on a mac. My current workaround are the copy/paste and airdrop between Mac and iPhone)
