How to erase/restore my apple iPhone 11, after 30 hours of frozen white apple in middle of screen?

How to erase/restore my apple iPhone 11, after 30 hours of frozen white apple in middle of screen?

I contacted Apple Support Chat. We did all of the troubleshoot stuff we could, but the phone still stays the same.

They gave me the restore from Mac and PC. But it describes how to do it from iTunes. I have never ever used iTunes on a PC. How do you do that?

iPhone 11, iOS 16

Download iTunes for Windows - Apple Support

Pay close attention to the introductory paragraph that reads.......

"In Windows 10 and later, you can access your music, video content, and Apple devices in their own dedicated apps: Apple Music app, Apple TV app, and Apple Devices app. If your PC doesn’t support these apps, you can continue to use iTunes for Windows."

So, if your PC is running Windows 10 or higher, you would use the Apple Devices app on your PC.

At this point, I think you will have much better luck if you take the phone to an authorized Apple service shop. Software is not going to fix a hardware problem that you may have. You can find a list of authorized shops in your area using this link:
