Trying to change App Store reviews nickname - option is not available

Hello,

I've been trying to change the nickname associated with my reviews on the app store. I googled how to, installed iTunes onto my computer, followed the steps, but ran into an issue.

All threads and answers state to scroll down to 'settings' and the option to change your nickname is there. It simply is not there for me:

For further context; I am using an iPhone 11 and a Windows PC.

Is there a reason as to why the option isn't there? Is there somewhere else I need to go now to change my app store reviews nickname?
