How do I stop iOS from capitalizing the first letter of a new sentence?

Just what the title asks, how to stop/prevent iOS & macOS from capitalizing the first letter of every new sentence (in 2025) when autocapitalization is already OFF? Is this a continuity/hand off bug??

What does 2025 matter?

Does it happen in macOS/iOS native apps or in third-party apps, or doesn’t matter.

I don’t know much about iOS apps, but there are macOS apps that do their own grammar manipulation, ignoring system settings.
