Error deleting empty folder on Mac Studio

I am trying to delete an empty folder from MAC studio. I have all the permission set correctly. I get the following error message "The operation can’t be completed because you don’t have permission to access some of the items." What are the next steps?

Thanks for this, it worked as far as deleting the file from the Mac. I figured out that it's actually dropbox that was preventing the delete. So when it synchs with Mac, the unwanted folder comes right back. Now I have to figure out how to force delete the folder from Dropbox. All the permissions are there, but it wont let me. Anyway - its not a Mac issue anymore, thanks for your help.

You're welcome.

I figured out that it's actually dropbox that was preventing the delete. So when it synchs with Mac, the unwanted folder comes right back. Just ignore the Folder.
