Passwords App use two usernames per password

Websites require either a username or an e-mail address to login (and sometimes require either the username or the e-mail on different parts of the website). Hence, I need to create TWO passwords in the Passwords app. But, now Passwords is complaining about a Reused Password.

D'oh. It's the same account.

Can we please have the possibility to have more than one username per password?
