I read an old thread about this, and did everything that was suggested, others had success, so thread was closed. But my Apple Watch persists in Fahrenheit! Please help!

Does your iPhone show temperature in Celsius in any other Weather App?
On your iPhone in Settings/Language & Region/ Temperature is also set to Celsius, and the correct Region is selected as well?
Did you also force restart both devices?

To force restart your watch, press and hold the Digital Crown and the Side button together for about 10sec, until the Apple logo comes back again.
That's an Apple Watch Series 3.
If the temperature settings on your paired iPhone are set to Celsius and working, try to erase the watch and pair it again, without using the latest backup, setting it up as a new device:

Which Apple Watch are you using?
Just to make sure, the Apple Weather App on your paired iPhone is set to Celsius?
My watch is Charge 4, my phone SE 2022
It went right to Celcius with the phone in 2022, then summer of 24 back to Fahrenheit, but I have not been able to get it back to Celcius since then
