Unable to receive one time password message from the apps on my iPhone

Hi All. Its been a while i can't receive any sms message especially from the apps for one time password. I tried to change the sim from carrier. and still didn't work. Is there have a same situation like me. And anyone can help me? Thanks a Million.

Report the issue to your phone carrier, short term code is sent via SMS which is your phone carrier feature.
