Mac mini, Facetime rings for inactive user profile not active

I have three profiles on my Mac mini: mine, my wife's, and my child's. When I'm on my profile and she receives a FaceTime call, I know it's her call because her phone rings. It rings on my Mac as well, even though her profile is not active. There's no display, so I can't silence it, which is very frustrating.

There's no UX display to silence that call.

I would assume this type of activity should not be linked cross-profile no matter the application. It's very confusing. Has anybody else experienced this? Does anyone know of a setting?

I haven't been able to find anything related. Difficult to know what to search here.

Also, a simple thing would be to tell her to completely log out of her profile before I sign in, which she does. And even on a fresh restart without her logging in, so she's never been on the computer for this session—it still happens.
