Unable to add a CD in iTunes library on Windows 10
iTunes does not recognise a CD to be added to Library.

To add to what Phil0124 has said, is it a commercially produced CD, or is it a home burnt CD with MP3 files on it?
If it is a CD with MP3 files (etc.) on it, that has to be imported via Windows Explorer. More details can be provided once we have more information from you.
