I'm a UK deaf (ssd) Apple TV user, I just paid £13.95, and every other language has subtitles, but no English.
There's no way I can find to contact Apple about this (or indeed get a refund), can anyone help? Suspect they just missed en-gb from some metadata in the backend.

Bought the new Mission Impossible movie, however no Dutch subtitles !
It says that the last M.I. installment from the Dutch Store should have Dutch and German subtitles, when purchased through a Dutch Apple Account. You may need to activate those subtitles manually, depending on your device settings.
Please contact the iTunes Store staff for any issues that you may have with your purchased title, per the link that muguy gave above, or else through the Report a problem link in the invoice email.
Same here, this is the second film not playing on an Apple TV 4K Box with latest software and not playing with any Englisch subtiles. I did reset the box to Factory even, to no change. It shows and plays all subtitle on apps on computer and iPad, but not on Apple TV 4K. I will ask for a refund for this film.
