Safari crashes when I try to add any bookmark

Happening on MacOS Sequoia 15.6 on 13" M2 MacBook Air and 13" 2020 MacBook Pro 4TB.

Attempting to bookmark any web page causes Safari 18.6 to crash instantly.

The only workaround is to have the Bookmarks sidebar open and to drag the URL to the required bookmark folder.
