how to recover unsaved PowerPoint file edited from a WhatsApp document mac

I edited a ppt file from WhatsApp and did not save it, as it was still being edited, however my laptop died. I’m currently trying to open the file and it says it’s deleted or not currently accessible. Is there any way it can be recovered??
