I was wondering if there is a way to download iCloud for PC other than from the Microsoft app store, just like I can do with iTunes. I don't want or need to download the apple TV software for my computer as I have multiple Apple TV boxes for that. I'm specifically using Windows 11.

It seems not. (Am no expert on Windows PC, so I could be wrong):
Eg: Apple Support's online article only links to the Microsoft Store.
