Apple TV+ streaming quality has reduced for 3/10 times I play something since June 2025

I’ve used Apple TV for years and never experienced stream quality reduction(like YouTube sometimes does) until recently, started around June 2025. A 1080 HD title will play at what looks like 720 or worse. What has changed? I’ve lived in the same apartment, with the same internet service and same devices since before the issue.
