Why does child have the parent profile photo?

I noticed something strange was going on when our 7 year old daughter was able to bypass all screen time with a simple tap of Ignore despite having a screen time passcode set (she doesn't have to enter the code). Then I discovered in the Family section at the top where it says the child's name (You) it has my profile photo instead of hers.

Her displayed age and email address is correct. I tried logging out and back in but it still shows my profile photo instead of hers. There is no reason for it to.

I suspect somehow her account is identified as having permissions of my parent account due to a bug? I am suspicious of why it shows my profile photo as hers, while at the same time letter her get past all screen time restrictions without the code that is set.

Yes, two separate accounts, parent and child family member. I was able to fix the bypass by signing out of her account and then signing back in, and then screen time started working properly again. I am still puzzled though why it shows my profile photo for her account. When I go to update her own profile photo, it says that updating her profile photo is disabled. But even if that feature is restricted for young kids, why wouldn't it just show a blank photo instead of pulling mine.
