Can’t update my MacBook Pro from macOS Big Sur 11.7.10 to Monterey

I am getting alerts from google that I need to update my Mac to a Montery OS, But when I go to updates it said it's already updated. Which cannot be true became I am running Big Sur 11.7.10. How do I update from this OS?

Update macOS on Mac - Apple Support describes what you need to do.
