Macbook Pro M1 2020 making noise even when turned off

My MacBook Pro 13", M1 2020 started making this static sound but I don't think it's from the speaker.

It started with the trackpad not giving the haptic feedback correctly. It was different each time I clicked,

one time soft and the next time hard.

And then the sound started, its totally random and can some times go on for hours, even when computer is in sleep mode or turned off.

Please listen to the video for reference and help me diagnose this.

Given that your haptic feedback engine is known to be wonky, and your Mac is now making never-before-heard sounds, I think there is very likely a correlation between the two. I think those sounds are coming from the haptic feedback engine.

Apple can give you a FIRM price for making your Mac perfectly functional again, without your having to worry that their repair might not fix everything.

Not happening there...

are you using a grounded 3-prong plug(?) I always highly recommend a grounded plug. If you have an old one from a previous computer— they are all the same and interchangeable.

try a different wall socket opposite end of the house or coffee shop , a library or some other...

How about on Battery only? You do not really make that distinction .
