How can I get back my Apple Music playlists and albums after subscription renewal?

i have had apple music for some months now and have paid all my subscriptions, a few days ago i enter the app and i find all my playlists empty, i entered the account and i thought my subscription was not paid although i had money on my card and the app takes them automatically at the end of the month, i paid the subscription again and my songs were not back, all i’m left with are the empty albums, i’m very disappointed in this and the fact that i just unfortunately paid my subscription for this month but have cancelled it because i don’t want to spend a few more months remaking all my albums
